HOW WE WORK
We deliver all our broking and claims services from a single London location through a flat management structure. We are confident in the core business processes. We work in a Regulated industry and so strong client focus and operational controls are critical.
However, this rock-solid base gives our people the confidence to take the initiative and to challenge convention. It is the very opposite of consolidation and those with experience of the ‘divided centres of service’ concept practised by many of our competitors will readily identify with the benefit of our chosen approach. We passionately believe it’s the right way to encourage the diversity of opinion and choice that we know clients and underwriters want to see.
